Having worked for big corporations and international players, we at 3 Oaks Management know that scale is important. But only if individual and location specific execution are spot on.
The speed of the retail landscape changing requires managers with an agile, fast and solution driven attitude. Therefore, we´re always ahead of the market.
Thus, we created 3 Oaks Management in 2021 – specialized in Outlets, Assets and Retail.

Companies we worked at
Born and raised in Munich, Germany, he finished his studies of BA & International Management at the University of Applied Sciences.
In his early years, he was part of the quantitative consumer research team as IFJ, later Iconkids & Youth. Sebastian Sommer worked for Robert Bosch AB for the Aftersales Marketing Team in Scandinavia. In addition, he was part of Hugo Boss in the Trade Marketing department.
After joining Nike, he took various retail roles such as Space Planning Manager, Area Manager and later as the Retail Development Manager for the German speaking regions.
Afterwards, he moved on to join Warnaco Inc., the the global master licensee for CK Jeans and CK Underwear at that time. During this career step, he headed the Retail and Franchise Expansion Team in Europe, for any retail format: From Shopping Centers, Outlets, Concessions and any other POS presence.
In early 2010, he joined the Spanish retail real estate company Neinver. Firstly, he was the Managing Director for Germany. Secondly, he became Director Northern Europe, heading both developments as well as asset management in the region. Thirdly, he took over group level responsibilities, namingly as the Development Director Europe, and finally as the Group Marketing and Retail Director.
Natalie Flörsheimer - Leasing
After completing her studies as European Secretary, Natalie has made her first professional steps at the international law firm Clifford Chance in the department of Banking & Capital Markets and was operating as a translator in Germany and the United States.
In 2013, Natalie joined Neinver, a leading investor, developer, and operator in the European outlet center industry. While supporting the German Management Board it took not long to start discovering her passion for leasing commercial real estate.
Growing from a leasing specialist to Manager, Natalie was mainly responsible for leasing the German assets Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets and Montabaur The Style Outlets. Additionally, she supported internationally the leasing activities in Czech Republic, The Netherlands and France.
After one year of parental leave, Natalie is now working as Leasing Manager for 3 Oaks Management.
